Shipping Policy

We understand that your order is likely to be urgent and as such, we endeavour to ship to you as quickly as possible.

Our standard shipping service normally takes 4-6 days, whereas our express shipping service is usually with DHL Express - 1-3 days.

Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Shipping Costs

We currently provide free delivery across the USA, 4-6 Business days.

Express Delivery is available in the US at $19.97, 1-3 days. Cut off time for orders is midday.

Stock Status

In order to make stock as accessible as we can, we hold stock in a number of warehouses and sometimes we move it around to give you access to more products faster.

To help you understand how quickly we can get your order out to you we use the following Stock Status’.


'IN STOCK' - This means we have stock in the warehouse.

'IN STOCK, ONLY 5 LEFT!' - This means we have stock in the warehouse, but stock is running low.

'7-10 DAY DELIVERY' - This means your purchase needs additional processing time and will be with you in 7-10 days.

'OUT OF STOCK' - This means we currently don’t have stock in our warehouse, but please get in touch and we can advise on availability.

 

While we make every reasonable effort to meet the shipping and delivery dates listed above, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Changes to the order:

Once your order has been confirmed, if you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you.  If you wish to return a product, you must start the return process as soon as you have received the item.

Item Not Received:

Sometimes the tracking information is not available. This could be due to technical issues where the tracking information is not updated on the app. In this case, if you are still unable to locate your item, please contact us and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
