Returning an item & how refunds work:

Each product has its own varying warranty period. For example, our remotes and filters have a 30-day warranty policy and our Compatible projector lamps have a warranty period of 120-days. Therefore, returning your item may differ between each product, seeing as a return has to be made during the warranty period of an item.

All returns require an RMA. Please contact us, either by email or phone, directly quoting your order number and the reason for which you wish to return an item. For more information on returning your item, click here.
